Over the past few years, we’ve weathered many seasons together—some full of promise, others marked by challenges none of us could have foreseen. From global disruptions like COVID-19 and supply chain interruptions to the trials brought on by natural disasters, your unwavering support and partnership have been the steady force that’s helped us not just endure, but emerge stronger. For that, we are deeply grateful.
Today, we face a new challenge—tariffs—that are once again reshaping the landscape for businesses like ours. We have done everything in our power to shield you from the burden of these costs, absorbing as much as possible while maintaining the level of quality and service you expect from us. However, following the many announcements of reciprocal tariffs—which range from 30% to 55% depending on the country of origin and product format—it has become clear that we must now take steps to address these changes directly with you.
As always, our goal is to remain transparent and proactive. Below is a plan designed not only to manage the impact of tariffs, but also to give you the opportunity to prepare and protect your margins during this period of transition.
Sales Promotions – Now Through June 1st, 2025
We are currently well-stocked with a broad assortment of products at pre-tariff prices, and we encourage you to take advantage of this inventory while it lasts. Stocking up now can help you maintain stable prices for your Fall needs.
Tariff Flexibility – Surcharges Effective June 1st, 2025
Understanding that this is a fluid situation, we have chosen to implement tariff surcharges rather than raising item prices individually. We believe this approach offers the most flexibility should tariff conditions change in the future.
Starting June 1st, 2025, a 12% tariff surcharge will be applied to orders as follows:
- Backordered items, current orders and future-dated orders entered into our system before June 1st, 2025 will NOT carry a tariff surcharge.
- Any order entered into our system after June 1st, 2025 will carry a 12% surcharge.
These surcharges will appear as clearly marked line items on your invoice and will be directly tied to the relevant brand. Should tariff policies revert back to March 31st, 2025 rates, we will adjust these surcharges accordingly and without delay.
